Personal Training

One on One sessions that are offered in the following options. 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes sessions. The 30 minute session is the most popular and often the one I recommend. Same as the one on one just with groups up to 6 people.

Health Coach Programming

Online and in person options with the intent on improving your health based on the following components: Fitness/Nutrition, Mindfulness, Character Strengths, Leadership Development, Social Health, Resilience. More information can be found here.
